Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who were admitted to ICU for the first time had mechanical ventilation through orotracheal intubation for more than 4 hours [68], and the age was more than 18 years old; 2. Patients with junior high school degree or above can cooperate actively; 3. All the patients with stable vital signs were awake, and the score of the rating scale for sedation and analgesia (RASS) in ICU was less than ± 2; 4. Patients who can use at least one arm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with deafness, dementia, epilepsy, coma and abnormal vision; 2. Psychiatric history, anesthesia and sedative drugs affect communication and reaction; 3. Patients who do not understand Putonghua; 4. Patients who cannot continue the study due to changes in their condition during the study; 5. Patients with GCS < 13; 6. Patients with delirium using the delirium assessment scale (CAM-ICU).
