Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-65 years; 2. Those objects of ASA grade I or II; 3. Patients who need electrophysiological monitoring for selective spinal surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with congenital neurological dysfunction; 2. Patients taking antidepressants, sedatives, analgesics or alcoholism before operation; 3. Patients with severe dysfunction of kidney, heart, liver and other functional organs; 4. Family members or patients who refused to participate in the study; 5. Patients who failed to carry out electrophysiological monitoring during operation due to various reasons.
