Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who met the diagnostic criteria of depressive episode in DSM-IV of American Psychiatric Association; 2. Patients with HAMD-17 score > 15; 3. Patients aged 18-60 years; 4. Culture: graduated from primary school or above; long term residence in Chengdu and surrounding areas; 5. Race: Han nationality; 6. Patients who voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe physical diseases and nervous system diseases; 2. Patients with eye diseases such as cataract, macular degeneration, glaucoma, retinitis pigmentosa, or diseases affecting the retina (retinopathy, diabetes, herpes, etc.); 3. Those who use psychoactive substances for a long time or in the near future; caffeine intake more than 300 mg / day; Shift workers; 4. Patients with schizophrenia, schizophrenic affective disorder, organic mental disorder, substance related mental disorder or diagnosed with other mental disorders, as well as other cognitive disorders such as mental retardation.
