18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who plan to undergo lobectomy / segmentectomy / wedge resection under VATS meet the corresponding surgical indications; 2. Subjects of American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-III; 3. Subjects aged 18-65, BMI <= 30 kg / m2; 4. Patients with no history of long-term use of analgesics and pain in the past; 5. All the patients voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients allergic to local anesthetics, NSAIDs and opioids; 2. Patients with pulmonary infection or bronchospasm and other pulmonary diseases before operation; 3. Patients who refused nerve block analgesia or poor coordination; 4. Patients with coagulation dysfunction, platelet dysfunction or puncture point infection; 5. Patients who need long-term mechanical ventilation (> 2hours) after operation; 6. Patients with liver cancer, gastric cancer and other malignant tumors.
