Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who met the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of insomnia in China formulated by the Chinese Sleep Research Association in 2017 and the expert consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of anxiety and depression in general hospitals formulated by the anxiety disorder collaborative group of the psychiatric branch of the Chinese Medical Association in 2012; 2. Subjects with PSQI score of 7-11 and HAMA score of more than 14; 3. Subjects aged 18-70 years old; 4. The patients were informed of the study and signed the informed consent; 5. Subjects who have never received wrist ankle acupuncture or similar treatment; 6. Subjects who are not willing to use any drugs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with organic diseases and mental diseases, or secondary insomnia caused by drugs, etc; 2. Subjects with evidence of alcohol or other substance dependence or abuse; 3. The subjects of insomnia caused by pregnancy, lactation or work; 4. Patients with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, and psychotic patients; 5. Subjects allergic to Wrist Ankle band materials; 6. Subjects who have taken sedative hypnotic drugs within one month.
