Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria of intervention group were as follows 1. Pregnant women: (1) Healthy pregnant women who intend to give birth in our hospital; (2) Gestational age 28-36 weeks; (3) Aged 20-49 years, junior high school education or above; (4) B ultrasound showed that the fetus was in head position, and the fetus was well developed without malformation; (5) There were no pregnancy complications; (6) Volunteer to participate in this study. 2. Husband of pregnant woman: (1) Be able to accompany his wife to participate in the course; (2) Volunteer to participate in this study. The inclusion criteria of the control group were as follows 1. Healthy pregnant women examined in the fetal Supervision Room of the maternity center of our hospital; 2. Gestational age 28-36 weeks; 3. 20-49 years old, junior high school education or above; 4. B-ultrasound showed that the fetus was in head position, and the fetus was well developed without malformation; 5. Subjects without pregnancy complications; 6. Pregnant women who voluntarily participated in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria of intervention group: 1 1. Pregnant women: (1) Strong desire for cesarean section; (2) There are absolute indications for cesarean section; (3) Fetal distress or abnormal fetal heart rate; (4) The objects with abnormal soft and hard birth canal, such as obvious scar in perineum, small angle of pubic arch, etc; (5) Objects with communication barriers or some mental diseases; (6) Those who did not give birth in our hospital. 2. Husband of pregnant woman: Communication disorder or some mental illness. The exclusion criteria of the control group were as follows 1. Subjects with strong desire for cesarean section; 2. Subjects with absolute indication of cesarean section; 3. Fetal distress or abnormal fetal heart rate; 4. Subjects with abnormal soft and hard birth canal, such as obvious scar in perineum, small angle of pubic arch, etc; 5. Subjects with communication obstacles or some mental diseases; 6. Subjects who did not give birth in our hospital.
