Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Simple atrial fibrillation without heart failure (AF+non-HF), heart failure after atrial fibrillation (AF+HF). First, volunteer to participate and sign an informed consent form. Clinical symptoms: dyspnea, fatigue, edema of lower extremities, anorexia, oliguria, or even anuria, etc. during rest or exercise, among which labor-induced shortness of breath and edema are typical clinical manifestations; Auxiliary examination: ECG, manifestations For myocardial ischemia, conduction block, and ventricular hypertrophy; chest radiograph, showing pulmonary congestion and enlarged heart shadow; cardiac color Doppler ultrasound can understand the size of ventricular cavity, valve structure; at the same time, improve the radionuclide scan or venous pressure measurement, electrolyte, kidney Function, serum natriuretic peptide concentration. Comprehensive diagnosis of heart failure based on symptoms, signs and auxiliary examination results.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclude patients with heart failure caused by hyperthyroidism, valvular heart disease, primary cardiomyopathy, heart failure, and other non-atrial fibrillation.
