Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective TKA surgery, preoperative fasting of water for > 12h. 2. American Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA) patient classification I~II. 3. Aged 45~75 years. 4. The patient was informed of the main experimental methods and possible adverse reactions, and signed an informed consent form. 5. The heart, lung, liver, kidney and blood coagulation functions are not abnormal.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of allergy to related drugs. 2. Patients with severe skin damage and infection lesions in the ultrasound scan area. 3. Patients with severe heart disease and respiratory disease. 4. Those with mental illness or emotional and intellectual disabilities who cannot cooperate.
