Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Medical students voluntarily sign an informed consent; (2) No serious or unstable physical diseases, such as asthma, heart disease, cardiovascular disease, neurological diseases, seizures, etc.; (3) No schizophrenia, bipolar disorder and other major mental disorder; (4) No history of alcohol, substance abuse, no history of traumatic; (5) No suicidal thoughts and intention(6) No regular meditation practice in the past 6 months (less than 20minutes per day).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Take less than three times during eight-week mindfulness courses; (2) Accept other psychotherapy during the course of the experiment.
