60 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with newly diagnosed CD20+ diffuse large B-cell lymphoma; 2) Aged 60 years or over; 3) received CGA assessment(IACA index); 4) not suitable for standard chemotherapy: IADL = 3, or aged > 75 years; 5) expected life expectancy is over 6 months; 6) liver and kidney function normal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a previous history of hematologic malignancy or solid tumor who received chemotherapy or radiation therapy; 2. uncontrolled severe infection; 3. central nervous system or meningeal involvement; 4. with diseases which the researchers considered unsuitable for recruitment; 5. poor compliance.
