Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. More than 75 years old, BMI < 30kg/m2; 2. ASA score between II and III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy to local anesthetic; 2. Long-term use of opioids or psychotropic drugs; 3. With severe heart, lung, liver, kidney, brain and other diseases; 4. Severe coagulation disorders and poor blood glucose control with diabetes; 5. History of peripheral nerve disease, block site infection, lower extremity nerve injury; 6. Consciousness disorder, unable to communicate normally.
