Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Mechanical ventilation patients who require fluid treatment because of circulatory failure that with intraperitoneal high pressure ( >= 12 mmHg); 2. At least one of the following conditions be satisfied: (1) Heart rate > 100bpm; (2) Systolic blood pressure = 40mmHg or positive inotropic and vasoactive drugs be needed to maintain the blood pressure; (3) Tissue hypoperfusion performance, including lactic acid > 2mmol/L, renal dysfunction [Urine output < 0.5ml/kg.h or biochemical indicators of acute kidney injury]; (4) Shock speckles on the skin; (5) Central venous pressure < 10mmHg or Pulmonary artery wedge pressure < 12mmHg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are less than 18 years old or pregnant women; 2. Patients with intracranial hypertension, brain death or high risk of brain death within 24 hours; 3. Patients with severe heart arrhythmia, heart failure and pulmonary edema, or with myocardial infarction in the previous month; 4. Patients with strong spontaneous breathing that are intolerant of the 15 second end-expiratory occlusion test.
