No minimum to 18 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients whose age from 0 to 18 years old are employed. 2.Children are diagnosed status epilepticus according to the guildline of 2015 ILAE status epilepticus. 3.Patients haven't use ketongenic diet everbefore. 4.The gurdian of patients agree to participate in the clinical trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients whose blood tests show severe hepatic and renal failure, or severe hypoproteinemia. 2.Patients with cardiac failure or respiratory failure. 3.The inherited metabolic diseases screening shows contraindication of ketogenic diet.
