Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective general anesthesia. 2. Aged 18 to 80 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severely malnourished (BMI30). 2. Acid-base balance electrolyte disorder and shock patients. 3. Vascular disease and nervous system diseases, hepatic and renal insufficiency. 4. Severe valvular disfunction, heart failure, arrhythmia. 5. Patients with long-term use of cardiovascular active drugs. 6. Mental disorder. 7. Below the junior secondary school level, refuse to participate.
