Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Continuously included inpatients in a tertiary A hospital from November 2020 to February 2021: (1)met the criteria for ACS patients;(2)clear consciousness,with certain understanding and language skills.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)mental illness or cognitive impairment at the time of consultation;(2)serious physical illness,unable to complete the survey;(3)relevant information is not complete,unable to abtain the onset time.
