Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Between the ages of 18 and 60 years. 2. It meets the diagnostic criteria of lumbar and back myofascial pain syndrome. 3. Clear consciousness, can cooperate to collect clinical data. 4. The differentiation of TCM syndromes was cold-dampness mixed with silt. 5. Volunteer to participate in this study and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with acute soft tissue injury, cervical and lumbar diseases, rheumatism, etc. 2. Other visceral diseases that may cause lower back discomfort, open wounds, skin infections, ulcers, etc.; 3. Those who had received Chinese and Western medicine related to this disease within 2 weeks before the experiment; 4. Persons with serious life-threatening primary diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver, kidney and hematopoietic systems, and mental disorders; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. People who are allergic to this medicine.
