Age

19 Years to 58 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Undergoing weight loss and metabolic surgery for the first time; 2. Aged 18 to 60 years; 3. Having primary school education or above; 4. Volunteering to participate in this study with clear consciousness and having ability to understand and cooperate with researchers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe complications, limited movement, unable to tolerate 6-minute walking test (6MWT); 2. Patients have edema before operation or 1 or 3 months after operation; 3. Patients have pregnancy during intervention.
