Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18-year-old and elder, no gender limit; 2) Pathological examination diagnosed as advanced cancer, lost operation opportunity or recurrence, metastasis or invasion after operation; 3) After standardized three-step cancer analgesia treatment; 4) VAS 1-3 points cannot be administered orally, or oral morphine dose exceeds 100mg/d, or cannot tolerate the side effects of opioids; 5) VAS 4 points or more. 6) Volunteer to participate in this study, patients or their family members are willing to cooperate in filling out the informed consent form and completing the return visit form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Allergy to its related drugs and accessories; 2) Contraindications to test drugs; 3) Pain associated with tumor emergencies.
