Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients in the hospital department who participate in the implementation of evidence-based practice scheme; 2. The hospitalized patients with SSA score of 19-46 were confirmed by CT and MRI examination to be in line with the diagnostic criteria of stroke in clinical diagnosis and treatment guidelines: neurology, compiled by the Chinese medical association in 2010.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with transient ischemic attack; 2. Patients with severe heart, liver and renal insufficiency, respiratory failure and malignant tumor; 3. Patients with swallowing disorders caused by diseases such as esophagus and nasopharynx; 4. Patients who have mental disorders and can not actively cooperate with the treatment.
