18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged > 18 years and < 80 years; 2. The patients with clinically suspected intracranial atherosclerotic diseases; 3. Subjects with atherosclerosis related risk factors; 4. The subjects of regular primary or secondary prevention of stroke; 5. The patients with good medical treatment compliance had no related contraindications; 6. The subjects with improved Rankin score < 1.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with non atherosclerotic vascular stenosis or occlusion, such as smog disease, arterial dissection, etc; 2. Patients with cardiogenic embolism; 3. Patients with a history of malignant tumor; 4. Patients who could not receive regular medical treatment; 5. Pregnant women; 6. Subjects with contraindications to MRI scanning.
