18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The target of wisdom tooth extraction; 2. The age range is 18-40 years old; 3. Healthy periodontal and mucosal tissues; 4. Subjects without prosthesis in the mouth.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with periodontal pathological changes or history in the study area; 2. Subjects of continuous morphological changes of teeth; 3. Subjects who have experienced soft tissue transplantation in the study area; 4. The subjects of gingival, mucous membrane or bone defect displayed by CBCT.
