Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects aged over 65 years; 2. The objects who take care of themselves do not need special care and have no bad habits such as drinking and smoking; 3. Subjects with BMI of 18-28kg / m2; 4. Those who have not left their residence for a long time in the past half a year are not expected to leave their residence in half a year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with stroke diabetes, severe cognitive impairment and mobility disorder; 2. Patients with gastrointestinal diseases (severe chronic diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, gastrointestinal obstruction, inflammatory bowel disease, etc.); 3. The subjects who may be allergic to the intervention diet; 4. Patients with heart, liver, kidney and other important organ dysfunction; 5. Patients with hyperuricemia or gout; 6. The subjects who are taking protein supplements or participating in other intervention projects; 7. Subjects who have taken antibiotics or probiotics within one month; 8. Subjects with signs of other major medical or psychological diseases are not suitable to participate in the research.
