Colorectal cancer

Interventions

Group 1:0.25% ropivacaine was given 60mL bilateral RSB(20mL)+TAPB(40mL), and normal saline was injected with 10mL intravenous pump for 1h
Group 2:0.8ug/kg dexmedetomidine was added with 0.25% ropivacaine for 60mL of bilateral RSB+TAPB, and normal saline was injected with 10mL intravenous pump for 1h
Group 3:In the same control group, dexmedetomidine was diluted with 0.8ug/kg to 10mL and intravenously pumped for 1h

20 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who plan to undergo laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer; 2. ASA I - II patients; 3. Patients aged 20-70 years; 4. BMI20-30kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients allergic to the drugs involved in the research program; 2. Patients with systemic or puncture site infection; 3. Patients with bradycardia or atrioventricular block; 4. Patients with abnormal liver and kidney function before operation; 5. Patients who had received chemoradiotherapy or immunotherapy before operation; 6. Patients with hypertension, diabetes, mental illness or other tumors.
