Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects aged 18 to 60 years; 2. People who are willing to provide demographic information (age, race); 3. Those who are willing to complete the daily and weekly questionnaires on general health, intestinal function and gastrointestinal symptoms; 4. Those who are willing to provide 4 blood and 4 stool samples; 5. Those who are willing to stop any dietary supplements to enhance immunity; 6. People who can take probiotics without the help of others.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant subjects; 2. The subjects of smoking and drinking; 3. Take any medicine to treat constipation or diarrhea; 4. The subjects who are taking any anti-inflammatory drugs regularly at present; 5. People who usually eat fermented food or probiotics (e.g. yoghurt with active culture or supplement); 6. Subjects who received antibiotic treatment in the past three months; 7. Subjects with clinical significance of diarrhea or Clostridium difficile infection in the past three months; 8. Patients with stool transplantation.
