Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects aged 18 or above; 2. Subjects with stress hyperglycemia after admission, i.e. subjects with two random fasting blood glucose >= 6.9mmol/l or random blood glucose >= 11.1mmol/l; HbA1c < 6.5% after admission; 3. Those who could not get enough nutrition through normal diet were given enteral nutrition within 2 days after entering ICU.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of diabetes; 2. Patients with contraindications to enteral nutrition and allergic to enteral nutrition preparations; 3. Hemodynamic instability, accompanied by life-threatening multiple injuries.
