Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-65 years; 2. Patients meeting the diagnostic criteria of International Headache Association (ichd-iii). Migraine had been diagnosed for more than 6 months, and had at least two migraine attacks in one month before admission. 3. Among the 14 kinds of food specific IgG antibody test results, at least one kind of food specific IgG antibody serum concentration > 50 U / ml; 4. Patients who agreed to strictly implement the assigned scheme during the 12 week intervention period, received follow-up truthfully, completed symptom score questionnaire, and collected blood and stool samples regularly;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The subjects who have no autonomy can not strictly carry out the assigned experimental scheme; those who can not follow up on time; 2; 2. Subjects who are fasting a certain food and cannot be interrupted (due to allergy, ketogenic diet, vegetarian diet, etc.); 3. The subjects who used antibiotics, microecological regulators or antifungal drugs within 12 weeks before stool sampling; 4. Patients with other confirmed diseases leading to headache symptoms (such as headache caused by hypertension, tumor, stroke, etc.). 5. Patients with tumor, rheumatic immune disease or use of immunosuppressant, peptic ulcer, infection, unstable mental disease.
