1 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects aged 1-30 years; 2. Patients with Binder syndrome, facial cleft nose and three nostrils and their parents; 3. Those patients who were operated in our hospital; 4. Possible follow-up subjects; 5. Informed consent signed by the patient (or his / her parents).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with systemic diseases or mental diseases; 2. Patients with other malformations; 3. Patients with abnormal liver or kidney function; 4. The subjects who did not cooperate with the follow-up; 5. Pregnant women.
