Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy subjects: 1. Subjects who agreed to receive tus intervention; 2. The objects who agree with and have the ability to learn the procedure, including sufficient level of cognitive understanding; 3. Subjects aged 18-60 years; 4. Objects with junior high school or above education level. Patients with methamphetamine use disorder: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of substance addiction in dsm-5; 2. Aged 18-60 years; 3. Junior high school education or above; 4. Willing to participate in this study and sign informed consent; 5. The time of drug abuse is more than one year, the frequency of drug use is more than once a week, and the amount of drug use is more than 1 gram per month; 6. Depressive symptoms.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Healthy subjects: 1. Meet the current criteria of severe depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, any mental illness (including drug-induced mental illness) and current drug-induced emotional disorder; 2. Suffering from delusion, dementia, amnesia, obsessive-compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety disorder, any personality disorder and cognitive or dissociative disorder; 3. Serious physical disease, history of heart disease, pacemaker or implanted drug pump, etc; 4. Serious negative ideas and behaviors; 5. Pregnant and lactating women; 6. There are metal implants, cochlear implants, increased intracranial pressure, brain trauma, skull insufficiency, encephalitis, brain tumors in the brain; 7. Have any nervous system disease, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, stroke, etc., have family history of epilepsy, use anticonvulsant drugs; 8. Suffering from cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases such as hypertension; 9. There were cerebral calcification and cerebral microbleeds. 10. Obesity, BMI > 35; 11. Sleep deprivation; 12. In test 1, the amplitude of MEP in baseline state fluctuated more than 15%. Patients with drug use disorder: 1.
