Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children aged 6 months to 7 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with otitis media, gastroenteritis, upper respiratory tract infection and other infectious diseases within 2 weeks before the visit; 2. Patients who took antibiotics or steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs within one week before the visit; 3. Patients with family history of hemoglobinopathy.
