Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-80 years old; 2. According to the improved understanding of stroke in the emergency room, there are one or more stroke symptoms; 3. Write and provide informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The subject of uncertain symptom attack (for example, after waking up); 2. Subjects without focal stroke like symptoms; 3. The subject of pregnancy; 4. Patients whose diagnosis and treatment cannot be cancelled; 5. The key equipment of MSU or hospital is defective; 6. Patients with unstable medical conditions need to be treated immediately in intensive care unit; 7. Patients transferred from primary hospitals.
