Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who met the DSM-V criteria for refractory mental disorders and were confirmed by Hamilton Depression Scale, PANSS scale and obsessive compulsive disorder test scale; 2. Patients aged 18 to 55 years; 3. The patients who voluntarily participated in this study signed the written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other mental diseases: other organic or drug-induced secondary mental disorders cannot be excluded; 2. Patients with other physical diseases: especially serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and other anesthesia contraindications, gastrointestinal diseases (requiring drug treatment) and brain organic diseases that are difficult to exclude; 3. People with serious suicidal tendency and impulsive tendency; people with evidence of alcohol or other substance dependence or abuse; 4. Treatment history: those who have received antibiotics and probiotics in the last month; 5. Birth history: pregnant or lactating women; 6. Subjects who have participated in one clinical trial in the past 90 days or two or more clinical trials in the past year.
