Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The fracture site samples collected from the elderly patients with osteoporotic hip fracture surgery and normal middle-aged and young patients with fracture surgery were divided into observation group and control group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with multiple body injuries; 2. Patients with malignant tumor, liver insufficiency, renal insufficiency, metabolic abnormalities (excluding diabetes), severe edema and autoimmune diseases; 3. Patients without informed consent lose tissue samples; 4. Patients with pathological fracture.
