Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing endotracheal intubation under general anesthesia in our hospital; 2. ASA I - II patients; 3. Patients aged 18-65 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has a history of difficult intubation, or in this study, one-time intubation failure; 2. Patients with a history of abuse of opioids or other sedative drugs before operation; 3. Patients with diseases of liver, kidney or blood system; 4. Patients with high risk of reflux aspiration; 5. Patients with BMI > 30 kg / m2 or < 18 kg / m2; 6. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary diseases before operation; 7. Patients with blood pressure less than 90 mmHg and heart rate less than 45 beats / min during induction.
