Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for primary health workers: 1 1. They must be primary health personnel at the township or village level; 2. Age 18-70 years old; 3. Be able to sign informed consent; Inclusion criteria for patients with mental illness: 1. Inpatients of Xinjin Second People's hospital or patients in 2015 mental health survey; 2. Aged between 18 and 70; 3. Diagnosis of schizophrenia, major depression or bipolar disorder; 4. Stable condition; 5. Be able to sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Primary health workers: 1. Mental illness; 2. Unable to participate in this study.
