Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The age of children with T-ALL was less than 15 years old, and there was no chromosome abnormality at the first diagnosis. 2. The inclusion criteria of group A with good prognosis: 2014.1-2019.6, disease-free survival >= 3 years, initial stage medium to high risk group; 3. The inclusion criteria of group B with poor prognosis: 2014.1-2019.6, disease-free survival < 3 years, initial stage medium to high risk group; 4. Validation specimens: the children with T-ALL, aged < 15 years old, had no chromosome abnormality at the time of initial diagnosis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There is no initial sample; 2. No follow-up treatment; 3. Subjects with incomplete medical history; 4. Patients give up treatment automatically; 5. Death and other accidents not caused by the disease itself.
