18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who signed the informed consent; 2. Patients aged 18-70 years old; 3. Patients with ASA grade I-III; 4. Patients scheduled for laparoscopic kidney surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with contraindications to regional block technique (local anesthetic allergy, infection around puncture site and coagulation disorder); 2. Patients with history of dependence on analgesics; 3. Any patient with communication difficulties; 4. The estimated intraoperative blood loss was more than 500 ml; 5. Patients who changed to open surgery during operation; 6. Patients with secondary operation after operation.
