Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients over 18 years of age who signed informed consent; 2. The subjects or family members are well aware of the purpose of the study and are willing and able to comply with the requirements to complete the study; 3. The selected case criteria meet the 2016 diagnostic criteria for sepsis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients lack of independent capacity; 2. Sepsis do not infect by urinary tract infections; 3. Have history of malignant tumor or other acute and chronic diseases. 4. Have history of immunodeficiency, or use of immunosuppressive drugs. 5. Other reasons for patients do not want include the study patients had previous renal impairmen.
