Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Spinal canal anesthesia downlink unilateral total knee replacement, aged 70-80, the American society of anesthesiologists (ASA) grade II - III level; The preoperative examination and test results were perfect and basically normal. No serious hypertension (grade 3), diabetes, coronary heart disease, hyperthyroidism, asthma and other systemic diseases
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Absolute contraindications to spinal anesthesia; Allergic reaction to anesthetic drugs in the spinal canal; Previous history of severe hypertension (grade 3), diabetes, coronary heart disease, etc. Having a central nervous system disease or mental illness; A history of insomnia or mental illness; Patients with severe visual or hearing impairment, unable to cooperate with various scores; Preoperative Simple Mental State Assessment Scale (MMSE) score < 17 points.
