Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 18 (date of birth earlier than 1 January 2003). 2. Patients who have received total knee arthroplasty (TKA)/total hip arthroplasty (THA) before admission and have periprosthesis pain or dysfunction symptoms are considered to be admitted, chronic periprosthetic joint infection (PJI) and aseptic loosening of the prosthesis (ALP) are suspected by the first doctor in the clinic. 3. After professional evaluation and meeting the surgical indications, patients are proposed to undergo TKA/THA.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of clotting disorder: malignant tumor, cerebrovascular disease, coronary disease, pulmonary embolism, etc. 2. History of autoimmune diseases: rheumatoid arthritis, mandatory spondylitis, systemic lupus erythematosus, inflammatory bowel disease, etc. 3. Unwilling to undergo surgery.
