Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Benign group: 1. Benign nodules confirmed by cytologya, TI-RADS 2-3 nodules (according to the classification system); 2. Subjective symptoms, such as neck discomfort or pain, pressure, foreign body sensation, etc.; 3. Aesthetic impact; 4. Unsuitable or refused surgery; 5. Worried about developing malignant. Malignant group: 1. Patients with malignant tumor (CNB) confirmed by pathology; 2. Receive RFA treatment; 3. Follow-up time greater than 6 months; 4. Those who cannot or refuse surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Benign group: Ultrasound showed malignant signs (aspect ratio>1, microcalcification, very low echo, unclear boundary), although the puncture result was benign. Malignant group: 1. Metastatic cancer; 2. Severe coagulopathy, respiratory failure, myocardial infarction, systemic infection or diabetes are not controlled; 3. Neuropsychiatric disorders or neck extension disorders that cause RFA intolerance; 4. Pacemaker implantation; 5. Paralysis of the contralateral vocal cord; 6. Allergic to sulfur hexafluoride microbubbles; 7. Case data is incomplete.
