Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients 18 years of age or older; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria set out in the 2016 Guidelines for sepsis.(after full fluid resuscitation, patients with severe infection still need to apply vasoactive drugs to maintain mean arterial pressure (MAP) >= 65mmHg (1mmHg = 0.133kpa), accompanied by blood lactate (Lac) > 2mmol/L; (3) It was approved by the ethics Committee of the hospital, and all patients or legally authorized representatives signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) History of chronic renal insufficiency; (2) Autoimmune diseases; (3) Diseases of blood system; (4) Brain injury and endocrine diseases cause electrolyte disturbance; (5) Pregnant or lactating women.
