Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-50 years with definite pregnancy are included; 2. Patients with GDM must be diagnosed by OGTT in our hospital, and patients with T2DM complicated with pregnancy need clear evidence of medical history are included; 3. After the first visit, the diagnosed GDM patients and T2DM patients with pregnancy can return regularly in the endocrine clinic every 2- 4 weeks; 4. Patients willing to wear dynamic blood glucose monitoring (Medtronic MMT-7745WW) in the 36th week of pregnancy are included; 5. At the same time, it can be revisited regularly in the obstetrics department of our hospital, so that the obstetrical information and test results can be obtained through the electronic medical records of the hospital; 6. Patients giving birth in the obstetrics department of our hospital are included, so that their obstetrical and neonatal outcomes can be obtained; 7. Patients having the ability of SMBG are included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with recent acute complications of diabetes caused by infection and stress, such as diabetic ketosis, diabetic ketoacidosis, hyperosmotic diabetic coma are excluded. 2. Patients with severe heart and liver insufficiency are excluded. 3. Patients known to suffer from hepatitis, syphilis, human immunodeficiency virus, etc are excluded. 4. Patients with the following diseases diagnosed 5 years before pregnancy (systemic autoimmune disease, asthma, malignant tumor, major operation) are excluded. 5. Patients currently receiving glucocorticoid therapy, immunosuppressants, radiotherapy or chemotherapy for malignant tumors are excluded. 6. Patients with hyperthyroidism complicated with pregnancy (without stopping medication during pregnancy) are excluded . 7. Patients whose clinical data of pregnant women are incomplete, or they and their families refuse to accept the relevant follow-up are excluded.
