Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age is 25-85 years old; (2) The existence of acute intracranial macrovascular occlusion is confirmed by imaging; (3) Suspected macrovascular occlusion is caused by atherosclerosis: a. Imaging found evidence of systemic atherosclerosis such as intracranial stenosis, wall calcification and extracranial vessels; b. Amalgamation of high risk factors of ICAD; C. Intravascular diagnosis and treatment and postoperative follow-up images were further confirmed; (4) Baseline 6 = 6 (posterior circulation); (5) Modified Rankin score (mRS) <= 2; (6) Arterial puncture <= 24 hours; (7) Consent form signed by patient or family member. The above standards are uniformly trained by the multicenter research committee and implemented by two cerebrovascular physicians with senior professional titles in the sub-center, and the data of the sub-center are reviewed by the research committee of our research group.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) It was confirmed that large vessel occlusion was caused by other factors (cardiogenic, non-atherosclerotic dissection, moyamoya disease, etc.; (2) With one of the following preoperative images: CT or MRI indicated intracranial hemorrhage or large area cerebral infarction (anterior circulation ASPECT score of CT or DWI images = 70mL or infarction size > 1/3MCA blood supply area). Posterior circulation brainstem index > 4); (3) Systolic blood pressure > 185mmHg or diastolic blood pressure > 110mmHg, and antihypertensive agents cannot control; (4) Acute hemorrhagic constitution, including coagulation factor deficiency disease, international standardized ratio (INR) > 3.0or platelet count 22.0 mmmol / L; (6) Patients with intracranial untreated hemorrhagic cerebrovascular disease; (7) Severe hepatic and renal dysfunction (ALT or AST > normal upper limit 3 times, creatinine > 3 times); patients with heart and respiratory failure; (8) Life expectancy < 1 year; (9) Other studies in the group may conflict with the current research.
