ERAS group:Take carbohydrates orally 2 hours before surgery
Multimodal analgesia
Postoperative diet: Calories 25kCal /kg protein 1.5g/kg.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Lobectomy for lung cancer is performed at an elective time. Patients with BMI within the normal range of 18.5-25 are selected, and their age is over 18 years old. ASA classification rangs from Level II to level III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe liver, kidney, heart and brain diseases, patients with preoperative infection, patients with systemic metastasis of lung cancer.
