experimental group:Tranexamic acid was given intravenously before operation and topical use before suturing incision during operation

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with muscle contracture around the hip joint need to be treated with muscle release around the hip joint; 2. Female patients with hemoglobin level higher than 120g / L and male patients with hemoglobin level higher than 130g / l will be included in this standard.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with active infection foci in the body; 2. Patients with hypertension, diabetes, tumor diseases and blood diseases; 3. Subjects with a history of allergy to tranexamic acid; 4. Those with hemoglobin levels greater than 150 g / L.
