Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects aged 18-65 years; 2. The operation time of those patients with selective brachial plexus block for elbow release and adhesion is less than or equal to 3 hours.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who refused to participate in this study; 2. Failure of brachial plexus block; 3. Patients with schizophrenia, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease and myasthenia gravis before operation; 4. Patients who cannot communicate because of coma, severe dementia or language disorder before operation; 5. Patients with brain injury or neurosurgical operation; 6. Patients with preoperative LVEF < 30%, sick sinus syndrome, severe sinus bradycardia (heart rate < 50 beats / min), degree II or above atrioventricular block without pacemaker implantation; 7. Patients with severe liver dysfunction (child Pugh grade C); 8. Patients with severe renal dysfunction (receiving dialysis before operation); 9. Patients with ASA grade IV or expected survival < = 24 hours; 10. Patients with severe coagulation dysfunction and hematological diseases; 11. Patients with limited neck movement, local infection, skin lesions, history of radiotherapy, etc..
