Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients over 65 years old met the CRRT initiation criteria specified in the guidelines for the application of blood purification in ICU issued by the society of critical care medicine of Chinese Medical Association in 2012 1. Patients with acute renal failure or exacerbation of chronic renal failure: non obstructive oliguria (urine volume 30mmol / L) with urine volume 6.5 mmol / L) or rapid increase of blood potassium, diuresis, calcium gluconate, high glucose insulin can not be corrected; severe sodium ion disorders (blood Na + > 160 mmol / L or 39.5 degree C); 4. Patients with refractory heart failure and ineffective drug treatment; 5. Patients with pathological coagulation disorder and ineffective drug treatment; If one of the above criteria is met, CRRT can be started, and if two criteria are met, CRRT must be started.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with advanced stage of tumor affecting the outcome of the disease or patients with severe liver failure or immune system diseases need plasma exchange.
