Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects aged 18-26 years. 2. Subjects without smoking history. 3. Subjects in Shijiazhuang in recent one month. 4. The object of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases, acute infectious diseases and other chronic diseases; 2. Patients with allergic history or family allergic history; 3. Subjects taking other drugs in the past month; 4. Subjects participating in other clinical trials; 5. Those who smoke in the same dormitory.
