Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The subjects who scored 26 or more on the mini mental state examination (MMSE); 2. Subjects without diseases affecting posture control (such as vestibular sensory system diseases and visual system diseases); 3. Subjects without clinical neurological and psychiatric diseases (currently not taking antidepressant, anxiety and other related drugs).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The subjects of sleep medication use; 2. Old people who have been practicing Taijiquan for a long time.
