20 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects aged 20 to 35 years; 2. Menstrual regularity, defined as menstrual cycle 21-35 days; 3. Subjects with BMI of 17.5-25.0kg/m2; 4. Subjects diagnosed as stage III-IV endometriosis by laparoscopy or ultrasound.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with abnormal uterine diseases, including uterine malformation (single horn uterus, mediastinal uterus, double uterus), adenomyosis, submucous myoma, intrauterine adhesions, intrauterine effusion, intrauterine separation; 2. Patients with polycystic ovary syndrome; 3. Patients with severe hydrosalpinx; 4. The subjects for pre implantation genetic diagnosis or screening; 5. Patients with diseases unsuitable for current assisted reproductive technology or current pregnancy.
